During this part of the session, we lay the foundation for a powerful shift in your mind-set, moving you toward your goal of becoming a confident non-smoker.

Phase 2:

The Non-Smoker Transformation

In this phase, we will use the gentle yet powerful “Non-Smoker 5-Step Restoration” Hypno-Re-Programming technique — a structured, multi-step process designed to erase, reduce, and ultimately eliminate your desire to smoke.

Each step of this process will be carefully assessed, allowing you to observe how your cravings fade away, weaken, and disappear completely. We will work together to reprogram your mind, replacing the old smoking habit with a sense of freedom, health, and calm.

Since this is a comprehensive and multi-step treatment, the session will take approximately 4 to 5 hours. Be prepared to dedicate almost half a day to this life-changing experience—one that so many have already successfully gone through to become happy, healthy non-smokers!
