“Smoking cessation in the workplace”
Price Strategy Proposal

If your company will offer participation in a smoking cessation seminar as an employee benefit, it can be made available in one of three forms:

  1. A company-funded benefit – paid for by the organisation.
  2. A voluntary benefit – organised by the company but paid for by the employees themselves.
  3. A flexible benefit – a “menu” of company-funded benefits, from which the organisation can choose:

Please note that attendance must be voluntary for it to be effective.

On this account it’s highly recommended choosing one of the “flexible” schemes, as a participant must invest some tangible contribution in order to set the greatest value of their own involvement into their desired outcome to quitting smoking for good.
